A free seminar providing helpful information and advice during significant relationship changes will be offered in early February.

Kitchener based Carizon Family and Community Services will be hosting a Relationship Changes workshop as part of their winter 2018 Life Transition programming. These workshops will be aimed at helping individuals experiencing major life changes turn them into a positive experience.

The Relationship Changes workshop will acknowledge the feelings of grief and loss that are experienced when a significant relationship ends. Coping methods for managing feelings like anger and sadness will be presented. Strategies for redefining and healing himself or herself will also be included, with the eventual goal of allowing the person to move on with his or her life.

Presentation folders and complimentary note pads may be distributed during the seminar. This Carizon workshop will be provided free of charge, but those interested in attending this function must register before the event.

The Relationship Changes workshop will be held on Tuesday February 6th in the evening, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, at the Carizon Family and Community Services head office located at 400 Queen Street South in Kitchener.

Carizon has over 70 locations throughout the region, and specializes in counselling, community engagement and wellness.

Registration for the Relationship Changes seminar closes on Monday February 5th. Those wishing to register should contact the Intake Team by emailing or by calling 519-743-6333.
