The 22nd annual Okanagan Fest of Ale is taking place in Penticton next month for two days. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Legacy Fund of the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan.

The festival is one of the longest running and largest of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. It will feature tastings from over 60 BC breweries and the rest of the country. There are expected to be more than 175 craft brews, ciders and ales available to sample and to later purchase. In addition, there will be food vendors and food trucks on hand.

There will also be a lot of musical entertainment over the two-day festival. Some of the acts that have already been confirmed for this year include Celeigh Cardinal, Dylan Farrell, the Thursday Night Jazz Band and Justin Koshman.

Organizers of this Penticton event may invest in advertising products such as pop up banners. These banners can be displayed either on the streets outside the venue or inside to add to the festival atmosphere.

The Okanagan Fest of Ale will take place at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre from April 7 to 8. Tickets are $29 per day or $47 for both days; admission is restricted to those aged 19 and over. Tasting tokens can be purchased for $2 with can be exchanged for a 4-ounce drink sample.
