Special night of fundraising planned for Markham

March 31, 2018 by

Last year, a Markham event held in support of Autism Ontario raised over $50,000 for the cause, and its organizers are hoping to meet or beat that during the 2nd annual Niko’s Night for Autism.

The gala affair will offer a night of dancing and fine dining, and an open bar will be on offer. The agenda includes both a live and silent auction, and Bryan Muir, who plays for the Colorado Avalanche and is a Stanley Cup winner, will serve as the MC for the occasion.

The event will open at 6:00 pm with a cocktail hour, and this will be followed by dinner at 7:30 pm. This will be followed by music and dancing, and the bar will remain open until 1:00 am. Both a meat and vegetarian option will be offered to the guests, and all ages are welcome.

The tickets for the gala start at $75 for children and $125 for adults. Donations to the cause will also be appreciated. The function has been organized by The Elite Meat Company. A local printer can supply pop-up banners and other decorations to use during this type of function

This special occasion will be taking place on April 27, and it will be held in the Crystal Fountain Event Venue. Anyone who would like to find out more can do so by visiting the event’s Facebook listing.
