The 4th annual Construction Expo is taking place next month for two days.

The expo is aimed at architects, designers, contractors and everyone involved in the construction of buildings. It is mainly a trade show that is expected to have over 100 exhibitors on hand. These exhibitors will be showcasing the latest products available as well as highlighting services that are useful to those in the construction trade.

Exhibitors also have the chance to give seminars to those attending. These seminars will likely include discussions about the latest trends and techniques in the industry. Exhibit spaces are still available for rental. Fees are $1,350 for a 10 x 10 booth; drapes, flooring, table cloth, and so on, must be provided by the exhibitor.

The show is also expected to feature representatives from various construction associations including the Tradesman Association of BC and ASTTBC Technology Professionals.

In addition to being a trade show, the expo is a good opportunity for those in the industry to meet with their peers. No doubt there will be many chances for networking. Many attending from surrounding areas such as Delta may place a new business card printing order with a favorite printing company in advance of attending.

The Construction Expo will be held at the Agriplex building on the Cloverdale Exhibition Grounds in Surrey from March 9 to 10. Admission is free of charge. For the most current information, call Raman Sharma at 604-726-0500.
