Saskatoon workshop to share wet shaving secrets

July 26, 2018 by

Both men and women from Saskatoon and the surrounding communities are welcome to participate in a class that will share the secrets of how to get a great, traditional wet shave.

The workshop will focus on the art of shaving using a double edge safety razor and lather. Students will also be able to purchase a wet shaving starter kit and browse through the other grooming products that will be offered for sale.

Six different topics will be addressed in the session, and these include the history and benefits of a wet shave and a review of the tools that can aid in the process. Soaps, safety razors, brushes, blades and products to use after shaving will also be covered, and there will be a discussion of how they are used. This will be followed by a demonstration of how to build lather and tips for getting a great shave at home.

The class is scheduled to run for approximately one and a half hours, and both men and women are invited to participate. A printing services provider can create packaging supplies, signs, handouts marketing materials and other items for an event like this.

This opportunity to discover the art of wet shaving will be held on August 12th at 747 46th Street West in Saskatoon. The registration price is $20.00 per person.
