Richmond Hill prepares for Family Fair

August 30, 2013 by

The annual Crosby Park Family Fair is returning to Richmond Hill in September.

The event is sponsored by the Richmond Hill Mobility Accessibility Foundation (RHMAF) which was instrumental in getting Crosby Park built in the first place. The park is accessible to all, regardless of their individual physical limitations.

The fair will feature carnival-type games, cartoon characters, musical entertainment and food vendors. Children will also get the chance to enjoy entertainers and inflatables.

In past years, the fair has included tennis lessons from the RHMAF, ventriloquism and puppet shows, a Mad Science show, and live animal displays. The fair should be a great way to spend a summer’s day with the family.

Organizers are always looking for businesses to sponsor events such as this. Helping local events such as this can assist a company in cementing its reputation as one that cares about the community.

Sponsors located in Richmond Hill can invest in products such as flyers from local printing companies to let their customers know about their participation. The flyers can either be mailed out individually or inserted in an outgoing bill or informational bulletin.

Organizers might also be interested in services such as sign, poster and banner printing to prepare for the fair. With more people aware of what will be happening, the event is likely to be more successful.

The Crosby Park Family Fair is taking place at Crosby Park on September 21 from 11:00am – 3:00pm. Admission is free. For more information, call 905-771-8800.
