Popular festival returns to Halifax

The Savor Food and Wine Festival is returning to Halifax next month.

A presentation of the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia, there will be a number of events taking place leading up to the 16th annual Savor Food and Wine Show. The show will feature food and drink from over 80 local restaurants. Wine and beer will be available for purchase, and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy unlimited samples. Admission is for those aged 19 and over only.

Some of the other events taking place include ‘Imbibe: A Cocktail Event’ to be held on February 7 at the Lord Nelson beginning at 7:00 PM (tickets are $74 each); ‘The Rare and Fine Wine’ gala at Casino Nova Scotia on February 15, beginning at 7:00 PM (tickets range in price from $136 to $194); and the ‘Craft Beer Cottage Party’ that will take place at the Halifax Seaport Market on February 16 (tickets cost $69 each). In addition, ‘Decadence: Chocolate, Wine, Cheese’ will be held on March 7 at the Prince George Hotel.

Halifax print shops are often asked to provide printed marketing materials such as flyers and brochures to advertise popular events like these.

The Savor Food and Wine Show will be held at the Halifax Convention Centre on February 28 from 7:00 to 9:30 PM. Tickets are $95 each. For more information about this and the other events taking place, call 902-429-5343.
