More than 50 vendors will be coming together in Ottawa this fall in support of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of underprivileged children, and locals have been invited to be a part of the occasion.

Dreams Take Flight, which is a group that offers vacations to disadvantaged kids and their families, will be the beneficiary of the second annual Mad Crafters Tea Party and Market. Along with the chance to browse and buy, guests will be welcome to enjoy a variety of teas and sweets as well.

A wide assortment of handcrafted items will be on offer, and these range from soaps to jewellery, home décor candles, artwork and many other products. To help raise as much as possible, a silent auction is also on the agenda for the day. The monies raised will be used by the recipient to help meet the expenses of offering children in need a trip from Ottawa to Disneyworld.

John McCrae Secondary School will serve as the location for this show and sale, and all are welcome. Poster printing techniques can be used by a print shop to craft a variety of promotional products for this sort of event.

October 13 has been chosen as the date. The school that will be hosting the occasion is located at 103 Malvern Drive in Ottawa.
