Mississauga set to salsa this Halloween

September 28, 2017 by

This fall, an event will be held in Mississauga that will give Halloween a salsa flair, all in support of Sick Kids children’s hospital.

The Salsa Club has organized an event where the public will be able to put on their dancing shoes and learn the steps and other moves of this popular form of Latin style dance. It will kick off with a one-hour long lesson for beginners, where they will learn the basic steps for both this and other social dances. After this, the Halloween party portion of the evening will begin.

Those who come to the function are welcome to wear a costume if they wish, but it is not a requirement. There will be prizes awarded to the guest with the best costume, and everyone who comes out will receive a special loot bag.

Both singles and couples are welcome, and no previous dance experience is necessary. The patio will be open for those who would like to purchase a drink or other refreshments or who would just like to relax in the fresh air. The likes of Halloween-themed banners for an event like this can be provided by a local printer.

October 29 has been selected as the date for this salsa-themed Halloween party, and it will be held in The Franklin House in Mississauga. The ticket price for the dance lesson is $15 each, while the ticket price for the party portion of the night will be $10 each. Everyone is welcome.
