The 5th annual Highway to Heroes is taking place next month in Moose Jaw. It is a fundraiser for several 15 Wing Fellowship projects.

The event is a combination car show, concert with air demonstrations. There is no pre-registration needed for participating vehicles, they just need to show up. All vehicle types and years are accepted but must arrive by 9:00 AM on the day of the show. In past years, there have been over 300 vehicles on display.

There will also be musical performances by yet-to-be-named artists, children’s activities, prizes and food concession. In addition, both the Canadian Armed Forces Snowbirds and Skyhawks will be performing in the air.

The 15 Wing Fellowship is an organization made up of ex-military members. It holds fundraisers to raise money for Moose Jaw community projects and also hands out awards to people it feels have made a difference in the city.

Organizers of such events often take advantage of printing services in Moose Jaw by ordering printed advertisements that can be inexpensively and easily distributed in the community.

The Highway to Heroes car show, concert and air demonstrations celebration will be held at 15 Wing Moose Jaw on July 15 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Call 306-692-4245 for more information.
