Hunger Project Canada to host Toronto evening fundraiser

October 13, 2017 by

A Toronto event will give area residents an opportunity to help address the root causes of hunger, both around the world and right in their own backyards.

A silent auction has been planned by The Hunger Project Canada (THP) in support of its grass roots efforts to end hunger and poverty across the globe. There will be a wide variety of items on offer for the people who attend the function to bid on, and in addition to this, there will also be wine to sip and enjoy, live entertainment and a variety of appetizers served.

An assortment of prizes will be up for bidding, including items from The Sheraton Hotel, the Royal Ballet of Canada, the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Intercontinental Hotel.

This gala-style evening has been planned for the Lambton Golf and Country Club, and it will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. The monies raised will be used to help fund different initiatives to help fight the root causes of hunger. Logo design for a fundraising effort such as this, as well as other print services, can be sourced form a local print company.

November 8 has been selected as the date for this event, and more information about the evening and the organization it will support can be found on the THP website.
