Festival to help to make February warmer

The Hamilton Winterfest festival is taking place at several venues in Hamilton next month for almost three weeks.

There will be a number of events being held that will have something to offer to the entire family, including art exhibitions, special meals, and recreational programs. There will be free skating at local arenas and family storytime at the library.

Winter Winefest will be held from February 2 to 9 atthe Ridge Road Winery. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy wine pairing with appetizers.

Gage Park will have its own Winterfest celebration on February 2 with a barbecue, horse and wagon rides, and family-friendly activities. Other parks will be holding their own celebrations.

The Barton Village BIA is hosting the Roaring 20s gala, which will raise funds for the annual Barton Village Festival. Guests will enjoy dinner, drinks and live entertainment. VIP tickets are available for $55 and include a history walk, a hot drink and a drink ticket. General admission tickets are $40.
