Family law to be focus of Mississauga workshop

Being in a romantic relationship can come with its own set of legal issues, and these will form the basis of a presentation on offer in Mississauga this autumn.

KPA Lawyers recently announced that it is pleased to be hosting a workshop that will focus on family law. Wine and cheese will be served to the guests, and the atmosphere will be inclusive and open.

The attorney who will be leading the discussion will touch on the legal aspects of being in a relationship. These include issues such as common law marriage, child support, spousal support, and the division of property. The lawyers who will be facilitating the occasion will be donating their time for this free event, and will be happy to answer any questions the attendees might have.

The plan is for this casual legal discussion to run for approximately one hour, and it will start at 6:00 pm. Using business cards can make it easy for experts conducting an event like this to share their contact details, and these can be both custom designed and produced for them by a local printer.

This opportunity for the public to become a little bit more versed in family law and how it can impact them will be offered on November 1. The location is 200 Matheson Boulevard West in Mississauga.
