Evening of moonlight elegance on the agenda for Kitchener

October 25, 2017 by

A special event has been planned for the Kitchener area that will celebrate both the full moon and raise money to help a local charitable cause.

This will be the SASC’s signature fundraising event, and the gala will have a theme of Moonlight Masquerade. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in semi-formal or formal attire and enter the spirit of the occasion by wearing a mask. B Elegant will be providing the catered meal, and according to the organizers, it will be a sumptuous affair.

Guests at the soiree will be able to mingle with friends old and new while they dance the night away to music supplied by a local DJ. There will also be other entertainment as well as both live and silent auctions and much more.

The funds that are raised through the function will be used to support the work of the SASC, which serves the Waterloo region. The Waterloo Region Museum will serve as the host for the function, and ticket prices start at $115.00 each. Wide format printing techniques can be used by a printer to craft banners and other themed decorations for use during an occasion such as this.

November 4th has been chosen as the date for the event, and more details can be found on the SASC website.
