Calgary calls for amateur detectives

October 5, 2017 by

Calgary mystery buffs are invited to come to an evening of fun that will put their sleuthing skills to the test as they enjoy a buffet dinner.

Fort Calgary Barracks will be taking a step back in time to the 1920s to see if they can solve a murder. Costumed staff will be playing a variety of roles, such as Fifi the lounge singer, The Godfather, a bodyguard and more. Guests are encouraged to wear their best ‘20s flapper styles, but business casual is okay too. The event will be interactive, and a buffet-style, three-course dinner will be served. The audience will be interacting with the cast, and clues will be delivered to the tables before the meal begins.

When guests arrive, there will be time to have a drink and socialize before the entertainment begins, and it is open to anyone over the age of 18. The tickets are $85 each, and there is lots of free parking on site. Poster printing can be utilized to create an assortment of marketing materials for night of entertainment such as this.

Fort Calgary will be the venue for this evening of ‘20s-themed fun, and it will be held on October 20. Anyone who would like to purchase tickets or who has questions about the event has been asked to contact the organizers through the website.
