Buzzing atmosphere to come to Surrey

A special event that is on the way for Surrey will let the public show some appreciation to some tiny but very important creatures while they have fun learning all about them.

The Honeybee Centre will be hosting its annual festival, which will be literally buzzing with excitement. All ages are welcome, and it has been planned to offer an educational experience for the whole family.

A variety of activities are on the schedule for the two days of the event, and these include face painting and live music. Food will be available for purchase at the concession stands, and along with all of this, there will be a variety of displays set up that will focus on the important role that bees play, both in the environment and in the human food chain.

There is no charge to participate in the Honeybee Festival, and the organizers noted that they hope that as many people as possible will choose to come to the centre. A local printer will be able to supply a variety of branded promotional products that can be given out as swag during an event like this, and its staff can lend a hand by suggesting items that may be a good fit for the theme of the festivities.

This salute to bees will be on offer to the public on July 14 and 15 at 7480 176 Street in Surrey. The centre’s website can be consulted for further details.
