Burnaby area event to ignite its creative spirit

A masquerade ball has been planned for the Burnaby area, and promises to offer its guests a memorable night that can help get their creative juices flowing.

This year’s Yellow House Masquerade Society’s ball will be so large that two floors are needed to contain the fun. Guests are welcome to dress in the costume or formal outfit of their choice, and they are also encouraged to wear a decorative mask.

The whole occasion has been planned so that it will offer lots of opportunities for the attendees to ignite their creative spirit. There will be displays of photos and other works of art, and any musicians in the crowd will be welcome to organize impromptu jam sessions. An open bar will be set up, and the organizers hope the atmosphere will be conducive to both rekindling old friendships and creating new ones.

The menu for the event includes an assortment of snacks and hors d’oeuvres. Area print shops can be counted upon to supply volunteer T-shirts, banners, signs and other items that can aid in making this sort of occasion a big success.

The location for this evening planned in honour of the area’s artistic community will be held on Friday, November 2. The venue will be located at 759 Carnarvon St in New Westminster, and the doors are set to open at 7:00 pm.
