Brampton fundraiser to help ensure a healthy local watershed

The Credit Valley Conservation Foundation (CVC) supports an assortment of initiatives that help to ensure the area has a healthy watershed, and a Brampton gala has been planned to help fund its efforts.

The CVC Foundation 2018 Conservation Gala will offer a special night for all those who come out. The planners of the evening have included an assortment of activities on the agenda, and the guests will be able to mingle and maybe even win a prize.

Those who come to the function will be able to enjoy the open bar service, and a silent auction has also been planned. The prizes up for bidding range from one-of-a-kind items to special experiences, and there will also be a live auction conducted by Layne the Auctionista.

Several wild birds of prey will be brought in for the occasion, and guests will be able to have their photos taken with them. Along with this, there will be both heads or tails and mystery raffles, and lots of opportunities to learn more about the work undertaken by the CVC. Graphic design techniques can be used by a local printer to create decorations and other items for an event like this.

This special event will be taking place in Brampton at the Lionhead Golf Club and Conference Centre, and it has been planned for May 10. Tickets start at $200 each.
