Best in the business recognized in Calgary

The Calgary Chamber of Commerce is presenting a Tradeshow Expo and Awards presentation at in just a couple of weeks’ time and the event is expected to draw approximately 300 people into the Metropolitan Centre.

The expo is taking place as part of Small Business Week in Calgary which runs from October 15 – 19. The week is meant to draw attention to small businesses in the city and the challenges that they face. Intended to show how important small businesses are to the economic climate of a city or region, the Tradeshow Expo will allow local businesses to showcase their products and services to the general public and to their fellow Calgary business peers. Organizers will no doubt be working with local printing companies to prepare for this important event. Banner printing, sign printing, and poster printing services will help them present their products in the best light and draw the attention of those attending.

The Small Business Awards presentation celebrates those businesses in Calgary who have shown themselves to be competent, innovative, and community-oriented. The awards recognize such attritubtes as emerging enterprises, financial success, environmental efforts, customer service, and community involvement. Those in attendance will no doubt hear from the winners of these awards and will have the chance to speak to them one-on-one to find out how they achieved such a level of success.
