The Burnaby Business Showcase is taking place at the end of next month. A presentation of the Burnaby Board of Trade, the event is part trade show, part networking opportunity and part educational seminar.

There will be three seminars taking place during the day that will be of interest to business leaders. Topics include video marketing strategy, and how to think and grow a business like a CEO. There will also be a happy hour at the end of the day where guests and exhibitors can enjoy free drinks and appetizers.

The first 300 people through the door will receive a free swag bag filled with marketing materials and samples provided by the exhibitors. No doubt many of these promotional products will be provided by Burnaby print companies.

In addition, there will be several door prizes awarded.

There are still spaces available for those who wish to exhibit at the showcase. A booth, which is for Burnaby Board of Trade members only, is $500 and tables are available for $345 for members, $299 for nonprofit members, and $550 for any exhibitor who is not a member.

The Burnaby Business Showcase will be held at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown on May 31 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Admission is free of charge. For the most current information, or to become an exhibitor, call 604-412-0100.
