Annual rib fest brings great taste to Milton

The Milton Rib and Craft Beer Fest is taking place next month over three days. The event is part of the Northern Heat Rib Series that is hosting rib fests all over the province this summer.

Guests will have to the opportunity to sample some of the best ribs and barbecued pork and chicken available locally. Vendors will be selling dessert also. They will also get the chance to try some of the most popular Ontario craft beers. In addition, there will also be a wine and spirits area. The public will have the opportunity to vote for Best Sauce, Best Chicken, Best Ribs and Favorite Rib Team.

There will be lots of other activities taking place during the festival that will appeal to the entire family. There will be games such as bubble soccer and life-sized board games, a midway and cooking lessons. Other activities will include cooking lessons and face painting. Musical entertainment will be provided by local groups such as Fully Completely Hip. The last day of the festival is set to feature a car show.
