Annual fair helps kick off the Christmas shopping season

October 30, 2018 by

The Yuletide Fayre is returning to Milton next month for one day.

Many people are beginning to think about what gifts they are going to buy this upcoming holiday season and this event should help them get started. There will be a number of vendors on hand who will be selling a variety of items, such as sewing products, knitted clothing, arts and crafts, jewelry, and Christmas decorations. Guests will be sure to find several items that will be appropriate gifts for friends and family members. There will also be many tables selling baked goods.

Other activities taking place will include a quilt raffle, a silent auction featuring donated prizes, and a shoebox raffle (items are placed inside a shoe box and the winners don’t know what is inside until they open it). There will also be a children’s activity area to keep the little ones amused while the adults shop. Lunch will be available for purchase.

A few of the vendors who will be participating may invest in banner printing services from Milton print companies to draw more attention to their tables.

The Yuletide Fayre will be held at Grace Anglican Church on November 3 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Admission is free of charge. For the most current information about this event, contact Zina Yaworski at 905-878-2411.
