Coquitlam fundraiser to put families first

February 11, 2019 by

Coquitlam will be experiencing a taste of the tropics this winter. Community members will be coming together for an evening of food, friends and fun in support of area kids, and one lucky person will be going home with a very special grand prize.

The evening will open with appetizers which will be provided for the occasion by an assortment of local eateries. Guests can take some candid snaps in the vacation themed photo booth, and there will be lots of games and prizes. The crowd can take to the dance floor to tunes supplied by The Timebenders, and at the end of the night, someone will be going home with tickets for an all-inclusive stay at a tropical destination.

Both general and VIP seating is available to choose from, and the ticket price starts at $99.00. The function is suitable for those age 19 and up, and themed decor for this sort occasion can be sourced from a local banner printing company. It’s graphic design team will be able to meet with the organizers well ahead of time and provide them with the items needed to make their event a success.

This festive fundraising event for SHARE Family and Community Services has been planned for March 9th. It will be held at 2080 United Boulevard, and the doors will open for the guests starting at 7:00 pm.
