Mississauga pop-up market offers gift-giving inspiration

Between shopping, decorating and preparing for visits from family and friends, the holidays can be a hectic time of the year. A Mississauga event will help local people to hit the ground running by offering them a wide range of gift ideas, all under one roof.

A curated group of vendors will be offering products and services during the first ever Mama’s Locally Pop-Up Market, and one of its draws is that it will feature locally crafted items. Both parking and admission to the event are free, and the doors will open to shoppers at 12:00 noon.

The items that will be on offer range from clothing to decor, and there will even be a station set up where people can have an ornament personalized for them while they wait. All ages are welcome, and the shoppers can warm up with a mug of hot chocolate and enjoy the carols and other entertainment.

Santa will be dropping by to spend some time with the younger attendees. There will be lots of photo opportunities, and families can opt to order a picture package if they wish.

To help celebrate the market’s first year, there will be a raffle draw and 25 swag bags will be distributed. If contacted when planning an event like this, a printing services provider will be able to offer a wealth of promotional products to choose from, including some that are completely outside the box.

This opportunity for residents of Mississauga to kick start their holiday season will be open on Saturday, December 1 in the Caledon East Community Complex.
