Spooky summer fun on the agenda in St. Catharines

June 20, 2018 by

St. Catharines will be the place to be this summer for some spine-tingling fun that highlights the history of the community.

Ghost walks have been planned for the area, and they will be held throughout the summer and into the autumn. They will be led by an experienced guide who will share spooky stories, and will move along at a moderate pace.

The tour will be led through the community’s historic downtown and will hear stories of both the distant and more recent past. The walk will be a little bit more than an hour in length, and will be offered rain or shine, and those who will be taking part have been asked to dress for the weather. The ticket price for the activity is $10.00 each, and those who are interested are asked to purchase theirs ahead of time.

Passes to be included in the event can be purchased online or at the offices of the St. Catharines Downtown Association, which is located at 80 King street. Special rates for groups are available and flyer printing techniques can be used to create marketing materials for this type of function.

The walks will be held throughout the summer and into the fall. Anyone who has questions or who would like to obtain passes to take part in the walk has been asked by the organizer to contact the My Downtown website or call 905-685-8424 for further details.
