June 17, 2018 by

The Taste of Edmonton is taking place next month for 12 days.

For the run of the festival, Capital Plaza will be transformed to Taste Piazza with dozens of booths set up along adjoining streets. The public will have the opportunity to try all kinds of foods and drinks from some of the city’s top restaurants and chefs. Some of the chefs who will be participating in this year’s festival are Apichon V, Amsale and Paul Sumamo, and Dave Omar. Guests can purchase taste tickets to sample the food and drink; the price is $57 for 40.

There will also be musical entertainment provided throughout the day from artists such as Carter and the Capitals, Bebe Buckskin, Defunk, and Jesse and the Dandelions.

In addition, Taste 4 Kids will feature activities such as arts and crafts, a scavenger hunt and a cooking workshop with Jonathan Giovannoni. There will also be performances by Ron Pearson Magic, J’Adore and the Eva Sweets Puppet Show.

This is a popular event in the Edmonton area and organizers will likely invest in services such as flyer printing to advertise in the city.

The Taste of Edmonton will be held at Capital Plaza and at 99 Avenue and 108 St. from July 18 to July 29. To learn more about this event, call 780-423-2822 x27.
