Christmas Fair returns to London market

The annual Christmas Merry Makers Fair returns to the Convent Garden Market later this month.

Lovers of handmade wares and supporters of local business are invited to attend this annual Fair, featuring some of the best crafters and traders the Forest City has to offer. The event offers unique handmade Christmas gifts, including jewellery, clothing, perfume, bath and body products, children’s items, art, and home décor.

The Merry Makers Fair seeks to connect and inspire conscious consumers in London with local handmade businesses. Admission is free for this event, where vendors may distribute premium business cards and complimentary promotional products.

Vendors at the Fair will include the Peanut Parade, Peachy Clean Soap and Inside My Wicked Wardrobe. The complete list of vendors is available on the Merry Makers Fair Event Facebook page.

The 2017 Fair will be held this Sunday, December 17, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It will be found upstairs on the mezzanine at the Convent Garden Market, located at 130 King Street, just off the corner of King and Talbot. Underground parking will be free with a two hour validation at the event.

The Convent Garden Market has been a tradition in London since 1845. Indoor vendors are offered year round, with seasonal outdoor vendors during the summer months. Consumers will find a variety of community events offered throughout the year on the Market’s mezzanine and Public Square.
