Celiac friendly party planned for Edmonton

Children who have celiac disease or who are otherwise sensitive to gluten have been invited to come to a holiday party planned just for them.

The Celiac Christmas Party will offer lots of fun for all ages. The children and adults alike who come to the event can enjoy a magic show make themed crafts, play games and enjoy the gluten free treats that will be provided.

Those who come to the party are reminded to come dressed in their favorite festive holiday garb, as prizes will be awarded for the best outfit. There is no charge to participate in the activities, but attendees are asked to bring along a gluten free donation for the local food bank. The event is open to everyone, but those who are under age 13 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

There is no ticket price being charged, but the number of spaces is limited. The deadline to register has been set as November 21. Wide format printing can be used by a printer to produce banners and other festive decorations for a function such as this.
