Vancouver and Langley BC students express true meaning of earth week

More than 250 high school students across the province of B.C are coming together and are showing via Print company in banner printing printing services banner printing and on canvas what Earth Day and the integrity of the environment means to them. The artistic representations, called Earthwise, will be showcased at the Newton Cultural Centre in Print company in Surrey printing services Surrey, BC from April 1 to April 30. Art juries will nominate winners in this first province-wide arts competition for high school students. Students from more than 53 public and private schools from all across the province of BC will participate in the event.

First place winners will be awarded $2,000 for the top art prize, and second and third place contestants will win $1,000 and $500 respectively. Members of the he public will also be able to see all of the artwork in the Earthwise collection on the website of the Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development once the exhibit is released to the public.
