Travel Alberta asks visitors to Remember to Breathe
October 29, 2011 by Martin
The province of Alberta is known for its breath-taking natural beauty, from the Rocky Mountains to the Prairies. A new campaign from Travel Alberta which wants to draw attention to this natural beauty is called Remember to Breathe. It draws attention to all the natural beauty that the province has to offer. Alberta gets approximately 22 million visitors every year who bring in over $5 billion to the province. With problems in other parts of the world and now an entry fee to get into the US, the campaign is as much interested in drawing Canadians as other tourists.
It is not only the natural areas that the Remember to Breathe campaign targets, they are also targeting large man-made events such as the Calgary Stampede.
Travel Alberta, whose marketing department is based in Calgary, launched this ad campaign as a way of drawing visitors, much in the way a business tries to gain new customers. Coming up with a unique marketing strategy is always good for business. Your local printing company can work with you to come up with a unique campaign or brand slogan that will draw business to you. This can involve flyers, brochures and postcards promoting that new campaign.
Travel Alberta also has various vacation guides available to the general public including Alberta Vacation, Alberta Campground and Alberta Accommodation Guides. All of these, combined with the Remember to Breathe campaign should ensure that Alberta will always be one of the country’s biggest tourist draws.
