Sherwood Park invited to show love for local library

April 28, 2017 by

The Strathcona County Library, which serves the residents of Sherwood Park, will be hosting an event that combines food, wine, and fun.

The Books, Bites and Bubbly fundraiser will bring together people from all across the county for an enjoyable evening. There will be time to sip wine and socialize with friends old and new, and desserts and other nibbles will be provided courtesy of Famosa Pizza and Wow Factory Desserts.

A portion of the function will be dedicated to a fashion show, which will highlight the latest in spring clothing designs and more from Bella Maas, Key Lime Athletic Wear, Trendz Optical, and Style Lounge Apparel. There will also be music and other entertainment.

The Books, Bites and Bubbly fundraiser is open to adults from across the area, and tickets to attend have been priced at $35 each, which includes the wine, small bites, and desserts. A facility can use the services of a printer to supply it with pop up banners and other materials that can be used during an event such as this.

The function has been planned for May 1, and it will run from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm in Spark Centre, which is located at 2257 Premier Way in Sherwood Park. Anyone who is interested in purchasing tickets or who has questions about the occasion is invited to visit the library’s website for additional details.
