Popular Langley event to return for another year

Langley’s DW Poppy Secondary School will once again be hosting one of its most anticipated events, and it has issued an invitation to people from throughout the local area to attend.

The educational facility will be holding its 30th annual Car Show, and according to the organizers, it has planned for more than 700 vehicles to take part. The cars, trucks, and other modes of transport will be put on display in the back field of the school, and attendees can browse through and admire them, talk to the owners, and immerse themselves in the world of motors.

A concession stand will be set up so people can purchase food and beverages, and all are welcome. A local printer can provide the organizers of a show such as this with its branding upgrade service to ensure that its logos and other branding is current and effective.

It is expected that thousands of people will come to the event, and the monies raised will be used to help support various programs offered at the school. It also gives pupils a chance to engage in community service, as they will be volunteering in a variety of positions during the show.

The DW Poppy Secondary School annual car show will be back on May 7. The school is located at 23752 52 Avenue in Langley. Additional information about both the event and how the funds raised will be utilized, can be found on the function’s Facebook page.
