New and Coming to Hamilton: the Cupcake Diner

Hamilton residents have yet another thing to look forward to. Mmm, the smell and taste of freshly baked cupcakes. Natalie Ravoie is the owner of the soon-to-be-opened Cupcake Diner in Hamilton.

When the city gives the expected green-light to the business, freshly baked specialty cupcakes will be offered on the streets of Hamilton.

Ravoie said,

Ravoie will use social media to advise customers of the times and places the van will be located. Facebook and Twitter will be used to give business updates.

Ravoie owns a commercial kitchen that has been health inspected. There she can make about 200 cupcakes at one time. The treats will be freshly baked and decorated daily.

“I’m planning on four stops a day, working 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday” Ravoie said, adding “The focus is on downtown and main streets in Ancaster and Dundas, but I’ll cover all of Hamilton. I’ll go where people want me to go.”

The cupcakes will be priced at $2.75 each, with six costing $15.00 and a dozen priced at $27.00.
