Moose Jawg organizers seeking sponsors

March 19, 2017 by

The 16th annual Moose Jawg is on the way, and its organizers are seeking businesses, organizations and individuals that are interested in sponsoring this annual community wide event.

Registration for this popular activity is now open, and all ages are welcome. Ten and five kilometer options are available, as well as a “runt run” for the kids, and walkers can participate in the 5k race. The ticket price for the 5 and 10k races includes a breakfast, and anyone who would like to purchase a separate ticket for the meal can do so. Monies raised through this community function will be donated to the Moose Jaw Health Foundation.

Moose Jawg’s organizers have put out a request for sponsors. There are several different levels available, including presenting, breakfast, award, runt run, volunteer and Friend of the Jawg. Each of these comes with its own set of benefits, such as being mentioned on the event’s website, free T-shirts and the sponsor’s logo design being used on the various promotional products used for the race.

Additional details about the Moose Jawg Road Race, which will take place on Canada Day, has been made available on the Race Roster website. Anyone who would like to find out more, or to sign up to act as a sponsor for the day, is invited to pay it a visit.
