Medicine Hat gala to raise funds for mental health

January 20, 2017 by

A special event has been organized for Medicine Hat to give members of the local community an opportunity to enjoy a gala evening in support of local mental health initiatives.

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) will be hosting its annual Snowflake Soiree, and its organizers have planned for it to be an elegant time for all those who attend. Those who come out will be treated to a supper prepared by Shooting Star Events while they enjoy the comedy stylings of special guest Lars Callieou. This will be followed by a charity auction, music and more. Wide format printing can be utilized by printers to created winter-themed banners and other decorations that can add to the atmosphere of an event like this.

While the event is mainly geared towards adults, all ages are welcome to attend. The ticket price has been set at $75.00 each, and the monies raised will be used to help support the CMHA in its activities throughout the region.

The Snowflake Soiree will take place in Medicine Hat’s Higdon Hall, which can be found at 2055 21 Avenue SE. It will begin at 6:00 pm and run until 11:30 pm. Anyone who would like to purchase tickets, find out more about the event or the CMHA and its programs can do so by visiting its Facebook page.
