Langley Chamber of Commerce upcoming events for October

Printing companies in the Langley BC areas and other small businesses from various industries are invited to take part in the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce events for the month of October. For non-members considering becoming part of the Langley Chamber of Commerce, there are enormous advantages to pursuing membership. Members have access to advertising, networking events, promotional opportunities and directory membership. Perhaps the most important benefit to membership, however, is an invitation to upcoming seminars and events.

The Langley Chamber of Commerce held a general meeting for members who support local business initiatives, on October 18, to welcome new businesses to the local community and re-connect with existing business members.

For print companies who missed the October 18 luncheons, there are plenty of upcoming events for businesses. October 24 includes seminars and workshops on a cross-sector theme like selling a business, an important seminar to attend for any printer considering selling a business. October 26 and 27 focus on equally important and broader business topics such as moving goods and services across the border, important topics for printers who provide printing services to businesses headquartered in the US.

Another important topic covered the following week is employment law, an important theme for printers thinking of expanding their staff. All workshops and seminars are organized by prominent members in their field.
