International Printers Network Seeks More Canadian Members

Joining an industry-wide international organization dedicated to spreading knowledge and improving the future of an industry should be an endeavour of every company. Unfortunately, print companies in Canada have not jumped on board the International Printers Network (IPN) memberships.

A Mississauga and Toronto member recently reported out of 200 international members, none are Canadians. The established print company in Ontario also reports that one of the biggest benefits of the IPN is knowledge sharing with other industry members and manufacturers.

The IPN’s mandate is to reduce distribution costs for members as well as improve the efficiency of printing and delivery through the development and application of various technologies. Members meet, mingle and learn about new technologies in the market place through weekend meetings throughout the year, where print companies can meet with market leaders and learn cutting edge print developments.

Members are listed on the company database and have access to special resources and benefits to through the IPN, especially technology sharing. Businesses that require print and visual information services technology can receive professional printing services through IPN members. IPN promises increased business as a result from membership.
