Increase your international business in Saskatoon

The Business Opportunities in India and Bangladesh seminar will take place at TCU Place on July 16 from 3:15 pm – 5:00 pm. Tickets are $30.

The seminar is presented by the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce and the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP) and will feature representatives from the Bangladeshi and Indian business community. This will be an important meeting to attend for business leaders which should not be missed, especially since exports from Saskatchewan to India and Bangladesh have increased by seven times in 10 years and there is always room for more.

The seminar will be followed by the Business to Business Networking Reception, which will take place at The Atrium, Innovation Place from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. This will give guests in attendance, and the Bangladeshi and Indian representatives, the opportunity to network with one another. Peers in the Saskatoon business community will find ways to help one another grow their referral networks and possibly come up with ideas on exporting to India and Bangladesh together. Local printing companies can help them do this by providing business card printing services. Business cards can easily be packed in a suitcase and the international representatives will take those cards back to their own county and will be interested in connecting interested parties in each country.

While doing business in their own community is definitely important to small businesses, so is doing business internationally. The world is becoming smaller each and every day and companies must find ways to do businesses together no matter where they are located.
