Hear the Mayor’s State of the City Address at the annual luncheon

The 2012 Mayor’s Luncheon will take place on January 25, 2012 from 11:30 am-2:30 pm at the Venetian Banquet and Hospitality Centre. Tickets are $50 for Chamber members and $75 for non-members; tables of 10 are available.

The luncheon is a presentation of the Print company in Vaughan printing services Vaughan Chamber of Commerce. Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua will be giving his State of the City Address to members of the Chamber and guests. The address will be a progress report on how his administration has dealt with the city and his vision for the future of Vaughan. Like many, the Mayor sees Vaughan as:

“the place to be for business growth, innovation and prosperity,”

what he calls

“The Vaughan Advantage.”

Those attending the luncheon will have a chance to register and to network with one another between 11:30 and 12:15. Last year’s Mayor’s Luncheon drew over 400 people so there will be the chance to meet and network with a large group of people. Lunch will start at 12:15 with the Mayor’s address. Business owners, both from large and small businesses, will be interested is hearing what the Mayor has to say about the state of the City and especially how it relates to business.
