Habitat for Humanity’s spring gala coming to Moose Jaw

February 18, 2017 by

Habitat for Humanity, a not-for-profit organization that builds homes and engages in other work to make sure that everyone in the community has a roof over their head, is inviting the public to a special event that can help it in its efforts.

The group is hosting its Inaugural Spring Gala, and everyone is welcome. A dinner of roast beef will be served, and those who attend are reminded to bring along their dancing shoes so they can move to the sounds of The UnCoolas, who will be providing live entertainment for the evening. There will also be both live and silent style auctions, where guests will be able to bid on an assortment of prizes.

Representative of Habitat for Humanity will be on hand, and those who come out will have a chance to learn more about the group, what it does, and also where and how their donations will be used. Brochures and other promotional products that give more information about the group hosting a function such as this can be prepared ahead of time to distribute to those who come out to show their support.

March 18 has been selected as the date for the affair, and it will take place in Moose Jaw’s Heritage Inn. Anyone who would like to purchase tickets or find out more is asked to contact Derek Hassen at 306-692-5050.
