Grow your business with BEO

The Business Executives Organization is a business networking group based in Hamilton. One person from each type of industry is welcome to join BEO. Currently, members include representatives from a printing company, an advertising company and a marketing company as well as more niche businesses.

Currently, there are 70 members of the Business Executives Organization representing many types of small to medium-sized companies in the Hamilton area. The goal of the organization is to share businesses ideas and strategies for success.

To become a member of BEO, the applicant must be a senior decision maker in his or her business. Businesses must be at least three years old and can only be in non-competing businesses to other members. Membership also requires that members attend the weekly Friday breakfast meetings at the Waterfront Conference and Banquet Centre and that they exchange leads with other members and do business with them if it is applicable to their needs. Membership requires a one-time initiation fee and annual fees. Members also receive access to the private members section of the BEO website.

Networking is becoming more and more important to businesses; word-of-mouth advertising reaches a lot further than traditional forms of marketing and advertising. Having the opportunity to discuss business in an informal and relaxed setting with other business people can not be underestimated. With the rules of the BEO stating that each member must be from a non-competing business, members can confidently discuss their business strategies without fearing that their ideas will be used against them.
