Get ready for summer with fabulous plants

The 16th annual Gwynne Vaughan Park Plant Sale and Garden Party will take place on June 2nd from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
This free event will feature over 30 booths selling items such as water plants, herbs and vegetables, Japanese maples, perennials, shrubs, and many other plants and flowers, with nurseries from all over Fraser Valley taking part in the plant sale. There will also be vendors selling garden-related products and ornaments, along with artists selling their crafts. In addition to all things natural and decorative, visitors will be able to enjoy food, raffles, a silent auction, musical performances featuring a drum circle, and children`s activities such as posy-making and face-painting.
Vendors who choose to take part in the plant sale can work with Chilliwack printing companies to provide the public with brochures, posters, and flyers highlighting their products and services. Print companies can also provide them with banner printing services which will help their booth to stand out from the others on the day.
Most people can`t wait for summer and many are looking forward to getting their garden back into shape after a long winter and spring. Some do not have the time or inclination to grow their own plants and flowers from seed, so instead look forward to what professional nurseries have to offer and the advice they can give to fledgling gardeners. They are also often interested in seeing what new products there are for decorating their garden and turning it into an oasis from the cares of the world.
