Fort Langley to host Easter ‘egg-stravaganza’

February 22, 2017 by

Easter is on the way, and an event has been organized for Langley that will get the whole town hopping.

Kids of all ages are invited to grab their Easter basket and join in the scavenger hunt that will give them a chance to explore Fort Langley while the earn treats to enjoy.

At different times throughout the day, there will be a special “egg scrambles” for kids who are five or under. During the scrambles, youngsters will be grouped according to their age, and then they will be set loose to find as many of the eggs that have been placed on a huge map of Canada as they can. It will continue until all of them have been located, and according to the organizers, this tends to happen quickly.

The activity will take place completely inside the walls of the fort, and run for the whole day from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. This makes it possible for families to drop by at a time that is convenient for them. Wide format printing can be used to create banners and other Easter and spring-themed decorations for an event like this.

The Easter Scavenger Hunt will be held on April 16 in Fort Langley. It is free for all to participate, and additional details for anyone who wants to find out more have been provided on the Hello BC website.
