Food trucks rolling back into Whitby once more

February 28, 2017 by

Foodies from all over the GTA are invited to come out to the community of Whitby, where its annual Food Truck Frenzy will showcase all that the area’s food trucks have to offer.

With the fast-growing event now in its fourth year, there will be more 30 food trucks from across the region serving up a huge array of gourmet edibles, as well as an assortment of arts and crafts vendors in what should be the biggest Food Truck Frenzy to date. Ontario wines and local craft beers will be on tap, and live entertainment will also be provided. It is intended to be a family friendly event, and all ages are welcome to come out and get in on the fun.

As in previous years, the celebration is being organized by the Rotary Club of Whitby. Proceeds for the day will be used to help fund its community service activities that help everyone from students to seniors. Signs, banners and other decorations for an event like this can be both designed and produced by a professional printer.

The 2017 Annual Food Truck Frenzy will be serving up gourmet dishes on May 27 and 28 in the parking lot of the Iroquois Sports Centre. Additional details can be found on the event’s website and Facebook page, or by contacting the planners through email at eat@foodfrenzywhitby.ca.
