Family-friendly event helps warm up the winter

The 4th annual Eastview Winter Carnival is taking place next month in Regina.

The event promises a day of family-friendly outdoor fun. This will include snowshoe races and horse-drawn wagon rides. There will also be dog-sledding demonstrations and obedience dog training showcases. For the kids, there will be inflatables, a balloon artist and face painting. In addition, from local mascots, superheroes and princesses will be on hand to greet the children and to pose for pictures.

A hot lunch will be available for as long as the food lasts. There will also be an awards ceremony held to honor and celebrate Eastview Community Centre’s Volunteer of the Year.

While this is a free event, donations to help with the running of the Centre will be gratefully received. Organizers are also looking for sponsors to ensure this event will continue in the future.

To help advertise events like this, London stationery printing companies are often asked to provide marketing materials such as flyers. These items can be quickly and inexpensively distributed in the community.

The Eastview Winter Carnival will be held at the Eastview Community Centre on February 11 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Admission is free of charge. To get the most up-to-date information about this event or to become a sponsor, contact the Centre at 306-525-4757.
