Entrepreneurial Moms of Red Deer helps with advertising

Entrepreneurial Moms of Red Deer, the town’s newest chapter, assists mothers who are operating a business in the Red Deer and Alberta areas.
It’s hard enough to coordinate a business but when you throw in child care responsibilities and after school activities, the complications for entrepreneurial moms can seem daunting to say the least.
Many business women and working mothers use social media to promote their businesses, but these methods often have shortfalls, lacking face to face contact with potential customers and targeted advertising. Many working mothers also have few networks with providers of business services to help promote their organizations.
Entrepreneurial Moms of Red Deer endeavours to offer members a great deal of targeted exposure for their broad range of businesses, through meetings and speakers of effective business practises and business strategies, like lower cost bookkeeping. The club specifically addresses the unique challenges that business women face, and so far has about 15 members.
While the club is still maturing and relies heavily on social networking such as Twittter and Facebook, a printed campaign may help promote the club as it flourishes. Local print companies could prepare printed advertisements in targeted women’s magazines to help attract other working moms in needs of business support, or even provide basic printing services like business card printing .
Local printers can also lend a hand in providing existing members with a printed directory or brochure printing of local businesses services in the local area that can provide invaluable services to entrepreneurial moms in a wide variety of industries.
