Chronicle Herald Readership Rises

The survey, which was carried out by the NADbank, measured newspaper audiences across the nation. It was discovered that The Chronicle Herald is read by about 299,900 Nova Scotians. This was established when the readers were asked what newspaper was read by them “the day before.” In 2009, the Chronicle Herald readership stood at 297,100. Thus, there has been an impressive increase across the province of 2,800 readers.

Weekend readership also realized a rise, up 1% for Saturday’s edition and 2% for Sunday’s paper.

In print and online, the weekly readership of the Chronicle was 518,200 last year. That is quite an increase compared with the previous years’ readership which stood at 510,200.
