Camrose farmers invited to profitability boosting session

Those in Camrose’s agricultural sector are invited to attend a day of training that can help to make their enterprise more profitable.

Ttitled ‘Powering for Profits’, a variety of guest speakers have been booked for the day, who will be covering an assortment of topics such as how to protect a farm’s profits for the future, how to hand it down to the next generation without undue risk, the current grain transportation system, and some of the trends that may be on the horizon for agriculture. A company that designs and produces promotional products can be called upon to create customized items for an event such as this, perhaps including promotional pens.

The Powering for Profits conference will be held on November 15 at the Camrose Best Western Resort and Casino, running form 9:00 am until 3:30 pm. There is no cost to attend, and lunch is included. As a special bonus, those who sign up by November 7 will have their names entered to win a prize of a three-day pass to FarmTech 2017, which has a value of more than $400.
