Burnaby residents invited to enjoy a festival of family fun

Each year, the merchants along Burnaby’s Hastings Street take their hats off in appreciation to their customers for the support they have shown them throughout the year, and 2017 will be no exception.

Hats Off Day will begin with a parade that will follow a route from Beta Avenue to Boundary Road, and this will be followed by the opening of the street festival. This celebration will include entertainment and an assortment of activities for the kids.

A huge range of food will be available for purchase, and there will be plenty of other family friendly fun planned for the day. Wide format printing can be used to create an variety of specially designed decorations and other items for big community-based celebration such as this.

This annual event is considered to be one of the most popular large annual functions in the city, and has been voted as ‘Burnaby’s Best Festival’ by the readers of Burnaby Now each year since 2005. It brings community members together in a spirit of fun, while allowing local businesses to show their appreciation to the public.

Hats Off Burnaby has been scheduled to take place this year on June 3, and it will run from 9:30 am until 6:00 pm. Everyone is invited to join in the celebration, and further details can be found on its website.
