Beeswax candle making workshop planned for Calgary

March 4, 2017 by

Calgary residents are invited to take part in a workshop that will teach them how to craft their very own colorful Easter themed beeswax candles.

The crafting session, which will be facilitated by YYC Beeswax, will run for approximately two hours, and the admission fee includes all of the materials the attendees will need. The instructors will teach the participants skills they can use to make candles of their own, and they will be able to take their creations home with them.

The number of participants for the class is limited to just six people, so anyone who is interested is advised to sign up early to avoid disappointment. According to the event’s organizers, larger customized classes can be arranged should there be more than six people who wish to participate as a group. A local print company will be able to use graphic design to craft layouts for flyers and other printed materials that can effectively promote an activity such as this throughout the local community.

The Easter Beeswax Candle making workshop has been scheduled for the evening of March 30th from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm at YYC Beeswax HQ, which is located at 34323 Avenue N.W. in Calgary. The class fee has been set at $50.00 for each participant, and further details have been provided on the organizer’s Facebook page.
